Remir is a fragmented land of peoples with strong convictions. Despite occupying a single continent, the nations here are diverse in terms of lifestyle and taboos. This world is constantly undergoing tragedies and world changing events, making it the perfect place for a campaign to take place. Even beyond the contents of this document, there are events that are yet to be discovered and places waiting to be explored by your players. Take this world as inspiration and really make it your own; feel free to use whatever is helpful and discard what you want to change. By choosing to place your campaign in Remir, you are creating your own version of the world that your players will remember for years after the campaign ends.

Remir: Magic Torn Asunder is a worldbuilding document intended to be used in conjunction with the Affinity & Aptitude tabletop roleplaying system. It is intended to best showcase what the system has to offer, but it is by no means necessary to enjoy the system. Of course, this world can be used as a setting for campaigns in other systems, but some of the ideas and characters will need to be modified to accommodate the shift in tonality. These two documents can be used standalone, but together they enhance the total experience since they play off each other’s strengths.
